Lufthansa airline strike caused my flights to be cancelled. Flights were booked through Expedia. Lufthansa confirmed the cancellations and that it had not received any payment from Expedia and that I should contact Expedia for a refund. 11 months ago now and no reimbursement from Expedia. Their Customer service phone numbers don't work. Never again will I book through Expedia.
