Very upset, bought our 25th wedding anniversary package through expedia in early august for aug 27th thur the 31st 4 days in cancun than the hurricane hit our home town of houston and airlines canceled all flights, something totally out of our hands. After weeks of calling Expedia and dealing from one customer service rep to another and no answers from any reps, they finally send me an email basically telling me no refunds or credits for future packages.I paid 1,600.00 for this trip and put my trust into them the trip was cancelled from them not us. I have bought numerous packages from Expedia in the past and am very disappointed as I will post in every sociel media possible and will not stop till I get my refund. Very cruel of you people taking others money for no reasonable explanation, again you canceled we did not.
