I booked a trio to cozumel mexico earlier this year for two, through expedia. Unfortunately they notified me explaining that our flight route was changed and we woudlnt be able to fly in to cozumel at the time of our trip. We spoke to an expedia help line about what could be done as we had already booked etc. They canceled our trip due to there not being another flight on hand and when we asked of we were getting a FULL Refund they said yes gave an estimation of two months for the money to get back to us. It's been roughly 5-6 months and we've only gotten the hotel refund but they still owe ~1,200 for our plane tickets.
