Booked a hotel on 7-15-17 for 7-17 to 7-19. After finalizing noticed date was 8-7 to 8-9. Immediately cancelled. Still no refund, and bank says they haven't received it. Web page said 24 hours to process and up to 5 days to post. Rep said 24 hours to process and up to 7 business days. Email says 24 hours to process and up to15 days to post. Which is right. I don't expect to get my money back and will never use Expedia again.
