We ordered a Samsung Gear Fit 2 less than a week later it kept loosing its memory so we asked for a refund they said it would take 4 days to get a RMA, everyone else gets one the same day.<br /> Anyway we waited two weeks and called for the third time, they said sorry we will put you on priority list which was a snow job after many calls my wife got the RMA three weeks plus later so we shipped it off the next day. Now its been over 5 weeks since this started still no refund. We are out $141.00 and we will nerve buy anything Samsung EVER!!!!!!!
