I bought a two day getaway in Fort Bragg approximately six weeks ago, we made the reservations for March 26th and 27th. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to call today and cancel. Did it through live chat, it took about 5 minutes, the hotel's policy was full refund before 4 days from arrival. The Groupon customer service agent was very pleasant and processed my refund without any issues. I'm sure it will take 3-5 business days for it to hit my bank account but once again, never any problems with Groupon.
