Pre-ordered the Nintendo Switch 2 months before release. Arrived DOA, refused to power on what-so-ever. After several troubleshooting attempts, I contacted Best Buy's customer service over the phone. I let them know what happened, and the representitive told me he could send a replacement and that the ship by date was not guaranteed. I would also need to return the defective Switch back to BestBuy locally or use the provided shipping label. Six days later my new Switch arrives at my door. I return the defective Switch back to my local B.B., I explain the situation, employee said it's a good thing they were able to send me one because they didn't have any in stock to replace it with. They hand me a piece of paper and a receipt and say everything's taken care of. I get to my car, read the receipt, &quot;Refund Issued.&quot;<br /> <br /> A few days later my bank statement reads a refund has been issued back to my card. Best Buy turned a terrible situation into a great one!
