no refund, no change of flight, nothing being accepted by expedia. <br /> i have a medical emergency and can't get on my flight but they claim it is non refundable and can't be changed.<br /> horrible experience, never using expedia again. Nowhere in the world does anyone have such horrible refund and exchange policies. All airlines let you easily cancel and change reservation. Extremely stupid of me to use Expedia and not directly book with the airline. Definitely never using expedia again
