I can't believe how entitled so many people act in this board. It is YOUR responsibility to find out the return policy before you purchase from a retailer. Their policy is plastered all over the website, on the walls inside the store and on the receipt. They are very clear that the window is 15 days. All these entitled people who think their circumstance is so special that Best Buy should give them extra time is sickening to read.<br /> <br /> Did you pay with a debit card? Then you will receive your refund via debit card. I can't believe there are people on this board that actually think Best Buy should equate that to cash. A debit card is not cash! They are not going to give you cash if you use a debit card!<br /> <br /> And how can you people blame Best Buy for a manufacturer's defect? It's not their fault! Almost all manufacturers provide rather lengthy warranties. If you have a problem outside of Best Buy return policy, then you simply call the manufacturer to get them to provide warranty service!<br /> <br /> And then thereturn are the idiots who don't keep their receipts. You're lucky Best Buy even allows returns without a receipt. Then when Best Buy gives you a gift card with the amount of the refund on it, you're pissed. All because YOU did not keep the receipt. All because YOU did not check their refund policy before you bought. All because YOUR think your circumstances are special.<br /> <br /> Yesterday I bought a TV from Best Buy. No less than 4 people asked me if they could have sent me while I was browsing the televisions. You know what the first question I asked was? Yep you guessed it: &quot; What is your return policy?&quot;.<br /> <br /> So many people on this board so entitled.
