Expedia has the worst customer service I ever faced.I made a hotel reservation for my parents through expedia and requested them that I need an early check in for sure and I 'm even willing to pay extra money for that.The gu who made reservation informed me that he spoke to hotel manager and every thing is set,I can check in at early hours.The next day when my parents were at hotel they were informed that they can't check in till noon so they waited for 4 hours in lobby after 8 hours train journey which is ridiculous.<br /> <br /> I STRONGLY SUGGEST NOT TO MAKE ANY BOOKINGS WITH EXPEDIA AND THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
