I bought few ANA air ticket to Japan last year on oct 19 online through Expedia. And I cancel the ticket 1 week later. Until today I'm still waiting for my refund with a total of USD 7000. Expedia been given me nonsense excuse that ANA airline holding back their refund etc..however after I spoken to ANA by phone, they informed that ANA has not charge me any money, Expedia is the one who shall refund the money.<br /> <br /> Expedia been lying all the way, I made doesn't of call and they had been given empty promises like compensate me with interest which my credit card charge me for the past 4 months or refund me prior to ANA airline policy of 36 working days refund date.<br /> <br /> Now I'm still waiting their reply and yet no call been made by their supervisor based in India New Dalhi.
