I am on the phone with Expedia now and they are the worst. My husband booked and paid for my hotel through Expedia and we get there and they say since he paid with his work card that was fine but needed the bank card to hold which was fine I ask for the nearest Bank of America and they pointed me to the direction so we could add money to the bank card. The Atm was broken and we just left the lady at the hotel Hampton Inn in Lathrop Ca was very nice and told us to contact Expedia for our refund now Expedia says to contact the Hampton Inn and the Hampton inn says to contact Expedia it is ridiculous and We will never recommend or use them again. This happen on Feburary 19, 2016 and has been on going the Hampton Inn informed us that the hotel manager was the one to talk to but he/she always seems busy. I got a email from Expedia on Sunday saying I would not get my refund. But both Expedia and Hampton inn said the manager wouldn't be in until Monday I understand the policy to keep the first nights payment but to keep both days is absurd 271 bucks and some change I want all my money back I couldn't help what happen. It wasn't my fault there was nothing that said the card wouldn't work. I plan on sueing in small claims court if I do not recieve my money back and I plan on putting my story out on every hotel site I can. Expedia please give my back.
