I booked a flight to Vegas and a hotel package. The rep was nice and worked hard to work out a good deal. I clearly stated I needed a morning flight on that Saturday, flexible with the return. He confirmed 5AM departure and 12:30PM return, several times. I was pleased. To my dismay, I received my itinerary in email and saw departure scheduled for 2:55PM, killing an entire Saturday in Vegas. I wasn't concerned because of course Expedia records their calls. Surely a rep or supervisor can listen back and verify it was an error on their part. So I call back, and I am told I have to call Spirit and change the flight myself, oh and pay 125$ change fee. So I ask for a supervisor, thirty minutes later, I am told the best they can do is offer a 25$ coupon. I bluntly said that if this is an error on your (Expedia's) part, you are not taking responsibility or helping me resolve this without offering real compensation or assistance. Ignored. I even mentioned to go listen back to the recording and verify who is at fault. I was ignored and brushed off. If anyone can offer a solution, it would be appreciated.
