Booked a car rental. Expedia charged me $427.00. when I arrived at the airport, no cars, even though my card was charged. Expedia gave me a case id REQ: S-116096900, and assured me they will refund the difference between the $427.00 and $2,400.00 that I paid for the car. I am now on the phone with Eric Holiday (One of the Managers for Expedia Corporate call centre) for 3 hours and 17 minutes. The case is not yet resolved. I spoke to three different persons before I ended up with Eric.
