Unable to travel from Nandi to Brisbane on the 12th July 2015 due to ill health tried to cancel 12 days in advance as had paid $80 dollars insurance when buying the ticket so expected a refund. Spent 2 hours on the phone transferred to several departments without any results and hung up on. Very difficult to understand as very poor English spoken. Tried 3 more times to no avail.Phone bill $150. Now given up. DON'T ever use Expedia we won't!!
