I had the same problem anither person had with the unpublished room booking me twice. The lady i talked to first had no idea what to do but said someone else was refunding my money.then after 30 minutes of this her supervisor comes on and since it booked me for 2 different hotels there is nothing she can do hotel policy. I responded telling her the hotel doesnt need to refund me expedia does because it was their website that charged me twice and i told her i need to talk to someone that can speak english and knows what she is doing. After 30 more minutes i finally talk to her manager and she goes through my process of my bookings and sees that i experienced an error and was indeed the websites/expedias fault. So far she cancelled one reservation but i still see no sign of my refund and after an hour and a half of being on the phone and being told i was wrong and finally proving i was right they couldn't even throw in some extra points free night nothing. Maybe the worst customer service experience of my life, they are absolutely worthless.how long did it take for your refunds?
