Expedia is working with Iberia to rip you off, offering non-refundable tickets, with no baggage allowance and then forcing you to call a pay by the minute phone number just to find that out. That is if you are lucky enough to even get a response by a real person. It only took me about 20 calls, and being put on hold for up to 10 minutes at a time. When you finally do get through, you will find out that you not only have no baggage allowance, but in addition, you don't have the ability to book extra bags on-line. So you have to pay €60/per bag at the airport for a 1 and a half hour flight. Iberia will not respond to your emails. Although you supposedly have the ability to cancel your reservation on expedia within 24 hours, don't count on it. You probably won't even be able to get into their website. That's what happened to me. The two companies will bounce you back and forth between each other, always saying the problems are the other company's fault.

In the end, I bought another ticket with Ryanair for the cost I would have had to pay for one bag on Iberia. Of course, Iberia and Expedia refused to refund my money despite the fact that I cancelled my reservation. I also have a mess of phone calls to pay for. These companies should be prosecuted for fraud.
