I was attempting to book one of the "secret hotels" on the website. I entered all my information including payment and when I hit the Book Room button the website said, "There was a problem with the booking. Please try again." I tried it one more time and it gave me the same error. I happened to check my bank account and they held the funds twice!! So I signed into my Expedia account and it gave two itinerary numbers. Both say, "not booked". So I called customer service. They told me they couldn't do anything about it and I had to wait on my bank to release the funds. They said my bank didn't list how many days, but she said it should only be "a couple". I asked her if she could help us at least book the room I was trying to book and she said not without them charging my card a third time!!!!!!! I told her absolutely not and hung up. I have a feeling they are going to charge me for both rooms!
