Went into the Puyallup WA store today Dec 13, 2015, to EXCHANGE a product that was defective. <br /> ( Brown eyeliner pencil that the screw part was defective and not pushing out the eyeliner ) I didn't have the receipt nor am I a rewards member so the associate stated that she couldn't do anything! <br /> What a crock Ulta! <br /> Why not stand behind your products and those you sell instead of no receipt/ no exchange policy? It wasn't like I was asking for my money back!<br /> I suppose greed wins again. <br /> I will never shop in your store again nor will I allow my girls and anyone I talk to in person and over social media, will also know what kind of company Ulta is... a greedy one that cares nothing about their customers.
