Here's a thought, maybe deliver on your promise! BEWARE PEOPLE!!!!!! I found a better price and Expedia staff named JOHN promised to refund the difference of $500 and processed within 5-7 business days. 2 wks later I was told that they don't have any record of my conversation (how convenient!) I was then promised by TARANG it will be escalated and expect a call in 24-72 hours once they have reviewed the recording. Still no follow up and I had to, yet again, initiate the phone call, only to be told by AMAR that &quot;John whoever he is, is wrong and shouldn't have honoured the price match&quot; and that they will &quot;escalate&quot; it and will locate the recording and come back to me in 72 hours. <br /> <br /> How many escalations does one have to go through to close out a case!<br /> <br /> THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE CHANGED TO &quot;INEPT SERVICE&quot; where you're constantly on hold (just to rub salt on wound), a series of broken promises and basic script of &quot;apologies mame&quot; &quot;we'll come back to you in 72hours&quot; <br /> <br /> The matter is still outstanding.
