Booked for an all-inclusive package at the Grand Lucyan in the Bahamas in July, trip is December 28th, it was listed as the top recommendation for all-inclusive resorts in the Bahamas at the time and we booked over the phone and also verified it was all-inclusive multiple times with the booking agent.... Come to find out the site had it listed faulty as all-inclusive, Expedia is not allowed to offer that as a third party for that resort (which has now been changed) and the agent that booked us was "new and made a mistake"... After 3.5 months we were guaranteed and received even recieved and email guaranteeing if pay for the extra charge to make it all-inclusive with resort we can submit the receipts and get refunded.... Last night we were called back and told we needed to prove this site was wrong with a picture from JULY when we booked and since the call wasn't recorded of our booking (which we were lied to for 15 days and told it was being reviewed) that Expedia will only pay for half as if it was a favor.... Ur website was wrong! Ask your tech and they will tell you when it was reported and changed and your agent also lied!!!! We want either full refunds for this package since it is not what we booked for or to be given the refund for our extra charges to make it all-inclusive! I have 8 hours of recorded calls to your customer service and am ready to contact the FTC, the BBB, our local TV stations that investigates and publishes cases of fraud on consumers, and my lawyer. Fix your mistakes! I have been waiting 39 days for a manager call and told they will put me on the call list AGAIN but they can't guarantee that call will ever happen. I have spent over 50 hours on the phone with your customer service team, mostly on hold, disconnected, transferred back to the automation.... I have been guaranteed it was your fault and being taken care of, and now I have had it, we will proceed with legal actions if this isn't fixed.
