Waited for over 4 weeks to get my refund. Expedia has a very smart tactical way of putting clients on hold from transfer to supervisor, then to escalation manager and the line "accidentally" gets cut. They are supposed to call you if this happens, but when you answer the call, the call "accidentally" drops. This is a deceiving and fraudulent practice that is only affecting Expedia's reputation. I will never book anything ever again with Expedia.
