Needed to cancel airline ticket because my husband had emergency open heart surgery. Submitted all requested documentation July 2 and have tried to follow up several times, as they had to submit to the airline. Multiple disconnects and long holds from Expedia and TODAY they say " we never submitted your claim to the airline because this airline doesn't issue refunds". WHAT???? After FOUR MONTHS, you decide to tell me this??? Don't expect me to keep using Expedia if it doesn't follow it's own refund procedures.
