Problems with returns without a receipt?<br /> <br /> They are now using a 3rd party software company for loss prevention. They will tell you &quot;you have returned too many things in the last 60 days&quot;.... Impossible because you haven't? <br /> <br /> It isn't you, it isn't your ID, it's the items themselves, so here's what you do. Have them return EACH item INDIVIDUALLY to figure out which ones are black-listing your return.<br /> <br /> Yes it will take some time, but after all, they are paid hourly (or so I was told by the lovely gentleman that assisted me). If it takes enough time, perhaps they will get rid of that less than efficient algorithm that they claim they can't over-ride in store. <br /> <br /> The recommendation from The Retail Equation (the rejectors) that I send &quot;a hand written note&quot; to HD Corporate seemed rather inflammatory. We can assume that would go directly into a black hole, or an industrial paper shredder..... Clearly, they care! <br /> <br /> It was the &quot;hand written&quot; part that got me.... who says that!?
