I complained to expedia about a room booking we had which was incorrect when my family arrived at the hotel booked on Expedia we had a small tiny room and no bed for my son! They sent an auto reply saying they would get back to me within 48 hrs did they??? NO. I complained about that and I got a plain reply saying my complaint has been forwarded to the customer services department and I would hear back within 28 days. WHAT..... 28 days!!?<br /> Guess what that deadline has been and gone..... Have they contacted me back? NO
