I have had a nightmarish experience in trying to get a refund for a TunisAir flight that was cancelled because of a pilots' strike. The help center in the Philippines has been unable or unwilling to gain confirmation from the airline that the flight did not occur, despite around 5 calls of 30+ minutes to them. I eventually wrote to the Atlanta address given for complaints. No e-mail response as promised after three weeks, and USPS tracking suggests that they do not pick up mail from their PO box. I shall not use Expedia (or Travelocity) in future, and suggest that others avoid them as well.
