Dear Expedia Customer Service,<br /> <br /> I am pleading again for my rightful refund! I cancelled my hotel booking well within time limit and received Cancellation Confirmation email at the end of July BUT I was charged for the booking still. You told me that your system does not show the cancellation but I forwarded you the original email confirming that so, clearly, there's a problem with your system and not mine! By not refunding and delaying, you are wasting everyone's time. I'm going to continue to demand my rightful refund! You demonstrated to me that you should be avoided in future and meanwhile, I'm continuing to do all I can to get my money back that you wrongly charged.<br /> <br /> Yours sincerely disappointed new customer
