Me and my wife had a flight to Barcelona in 19th June. We bought flight tickets 5 month ago. In 18th june expedia cancelled my flight. But they didn't send me an email or call about cancellation. Luckly i saw it when i was checking my flight in expedia web site. I bought another ticket from another company. It was very expensive because of same day flight. But you know i can't cancel my honeymoon. Same day i called expedia customer service and in meantime they called iberia(flight company) and they said me your flight cancelled because of some situations(i don't remember). And we will refund your money in 2-5 bussines days. i waited 2 weeks but i got nothing. I called expedia again and now they said we will process refund in 8 weeks. OK i waited 8 weeks. But no refund!. Today after 8 weeks i called them again. I talked a customer agent she said me we proceed your refund in 19th june and she sent me a reciept. I checked bank account and no refund!. I called again they redirected me a supervisor. He waited me about 1.5 hour in call. After that he said me ok i proceed your refund now. But i already waited 8 weeks. And told to supervisor that another agent told me that we proceed your refund in 19th june. I told supervisor how can i trust your customer agents. And he said me i can't tell you how can you trust anyone! And he sent me another reciept. And i need to wait 8 weeks more. Can you believe this?<br /> I never use expedia again!
