I bought a $763 roundtrip airfare through Expedia last mongh and was unable to use the ticket. Of course I contacted the Airline who if course told me to contact Expedia. Expedia does not want to mess with phone calls but has an online service concerning refunds so I tried that. After completingvthe online queries the online service said "processing refund". Now, 3 weeks later, i just got my charge bill and of course no refund from expedia. What a ripoff. I have used expedia for at least ten years for air, car and hotel. They have made thousands of dollars from my patronage. But now, when i finally cannot take a flight, they don't come through. Unless some high-up manager reads this and does right by me, Expedia will prove to be just another online company that doesn't give a rip about customers. In fact they appear to sneer at custmers trying to get their money back. I sincerely hope I am wrong here but based on the comments if many others i imagine not.
