My niece was hired by Americore and expected to leave for her destination on Friday. Her itinerary required an 8 hr hold over in Los Angeles. after finding a better flight, she asked Expedia if she could use her insurance to change her flight. the ups indicated she could not. she had to be sick. When her Mom called to re-explain their concerns Nd why they wanted it changed, the rep finally said Ok I've made the change you are now booked on new flight. She requested credit card info. Her mom explained that they could not pay for another flight unless credited for the first and that she did not request this new booking. The rep then told her there was no way to get back the first booking. <br /> The plane had somehow become booked during that 5 minute discussion. They are totally stressed now and trying to figure out how to pay for a different ticket. The should. Be ashamed
