1. Order 3/10/15,$351.05, no confirmation email received, thought it did not go through;<br /> <br /> 2. Placed another order 3/10/15,$351.05, received confirmation email.<br /> <br /> 3. Received two orders in one big box and recognized that the 1st order did go through. Therefore, order was returned and completed on 3/31/15 based on UPS proof of delivery record.<br /> <br /> 4. Today is May 11, 2015, 41 days after the purchased item was returned, but I have not received the refund of $351.05 after I had called Costco twice about this matter and they kept on telling that it will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days.<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Need someone in Costco to help me in this case. Thank you very much for your earliest attention.
