Nearly 8 weeks now since I cancelled a hotel booking - which stated that a full refund would be given. Spoken in countless people in call centres all giving promises and guarantees confirmed in emails to me that my money would be refunded within 5-7 days but still no joy. What should be my next step short of legal action?
