Very very very dissapointed as well, I did everything I was supposed to do to cancel my flight within the given 24 hours (actually more like with in 8 hours) and got not cancelation confirmation email from expedia. Just crap emails like, rate your flight!!! You people Know I canceled and now you are ignoring me. And then I call you about it and you send me to someone that doesn't speak english, puts me on hold, and then hangs up on me twice! On the phone, like so many others i've read below, for an hour today in foreign country which also cost money. You have FREE CANCELATION WITHIN 24 HOURS banners all over the booking page and then you don't follow through, and put people through all this bs. I've used you guys for years but I will Never be using expedia again. $750.00 is a lot of money to me and I don't appreciate you stealing it.
