Similar story to the many below, which I of course didn't read until it happened to me. I've spent over 8 hours on the phone trying to get a refund for a cancelled flight. Expedia tells me I have to talk to United Airlines (a whole other headache), and then UA tells me I can only get a refund through Expedia. I have waited on hold 3 times for over an hour only to be disconnected when being transferred to a "supervisor". Out $750 right now. Might try taking it up with my credit card company. Will NEVER use Expedia again...
