i booked a reservation for a hotel room in CANCUN,MEXIC. not even 12 hours passed after my confirmation of the hotel room was done that i had to cancel the dates of arrival and checking out of the hotel. they tell me that i loose what i had booked and that i can book again with the hotel but pay the difference,,,,mind you with out the money that has already being charged to my card. that is lost and gone. want another room, pay another price and we will not refund you or credit you what you already paid.<br /> CAN ANYBODY HELP ME WITH THIS SITUATION
