Do yourself a favor and try go straight to the native english supervisor/manager (or at least ANY supervisor) for any issues because the non-native english staff (Indian I think) just completely screwed everything up. They just changed around reservations I NEVER said to change (and charged extra "fees" for those changes); another said "Ok, I understand everything is good now" and sent a confirmation email later with something completely different; and others just hung up on me without even attempting to help me. Seriously, where do they hire these people. It seems like the only other way to avoid all this mess is to have everything work out perfectly as originally scheduled; if you have to make ANY sort of changes/cancellations, then be prepared to spend hours changing AND fixing any mistakes they do.
