I am due a $49 refund - Burns carpet cleaning. I was told the $49 groupon would not cover anything but wall to wall carpeting and I have area rugs. It took some time to reach them, but I was told you had been notified. Where is my $49 refund? This has been an exasperating process and your phone number is a joke.
