All I can say is I wish I had read this sooner... expedia has the worst customer service I've ever received. I tried to call a week ago when they overcharged me $65.20 and the supervisor I spoke with argued with me for 40 mins straight refusing to listen to me telling me I was wrong. I eventually hung up on her because I was so frustrated and tired of repeating myself. So then they charge me an additional $203 that I absolutely do not owe them - now they owe me $268.20 and overdrafted my account by $100. It took me 3 hours to get an answer. One of the representatives hung up on me because I asked her to please not interrupt me as she kept talking over me I was "disconnected" while being transferred to a supervisor easily six times. I talked to one supervisor who said she was talking to the support desk to get it refunded - of course that call dropped. By the time I got ahold of a new supervisor - the answer had changed. Only one person returned my phone call after me specifically saying it dropped countless times and that was the person who told me they need 72 hours to pull up a recording and it had been just over 48 - which is what I was told. So I asked to speak to his manager and he sent me over to customer care who explained their policies and I made sure to let them know they had exactly 72 hours from Saturday or they would be hearing from an attorney the following day. I do not appreciate being hung up on and treated like I don't know the policies when it was their representatives fault for not doing their job correctly. I will pursue in sueing them if they do not refund the money and I will be letting delta know how they're treating their customers and I will be writing several letters - one to the BBB one to their headquarters and one to delta's headquarters regarding all of this. I will NEVER use Expedia again.
