I purchased online nearly 100$ Sephora products. Today I received a FED EX email that my order arrived...huh? Where did they put it? No one knows! I gave them the address, apt #, everything...BUT SOME DUMBO DID NOT WRITE THE APT # DOWN!!! So nothing is being done.. their stupidity at taking a simple order BUT NO DELIVERY INFO. If I do not have my order delivered to me ASAP or a REFUND within the next two days, I am taking legal action and posting my experience on every social media site there is. Some companies, apparently Sephora, are so greedy for money, they hire stupid, cheap employees and/or services and WHO CARES about the buyer??? Well, I am a buyer and I care.
