I purchased a parking pass in advance for a concert, and the parking pass did not work (would not go to the barcode screen) leaving me having to pay for parking TWICE. <br /> When I called to get a refund, I was told my tickets were valid and they refused to give me a refund. If my ticket was valid I WOULD HAVE USED IT. They also told me that because I did not call them right then and there (and, you know, miss my concert) that I would not be getting a refund. I placed the call today, which is the day after. Certainly they can see that my ticket barcode was not scanned somehow. <br /> I am beyond angry and disappointed. I will be filing a formal complaint and will NEVER use stubhub again. <br /> They DO NOT have their customers backs.
