A link on the policy line titled &quot;Details&quot; bring you to a page which state it is non-exchangeable or refundable.<br /> <br /> I purchase H&amp;R Block Premium and only later realized that I got it for Windows rather than Mac. I tried to even exchange it for a Mac version and was denied. <br /> <br /> I am out about $60 for nothing! I thought Sam Walton wanted to help the people, not create hardship.
