I am sick of Wal-Mart and their customer service goons who treat customers like thieves. They make up BS rules to shut you down. I just tried to return with a cash reciept that was saved in THEIR APP and the lady at customer service refused to give me the refund, saying it was a "Walmart pay purchase" and that I had to provide the original paper reciept, which is no longer legible thanks to the flimsy thermal printing they use. It says "cash" right on the reciept and still she argued that it was a Walmart Pay purchase. I am so sick of dealing with these people that I'm about to boycott Walmart altogether. Sam Walton must be turning in his grave at what his stores have become. They need to start s*** canning these busy body employees that think they're doing the world a favor by being difficult at the customer service desk. If you ask me Walmart became worthless the second they got rid of the 24-hour open schedule. as for the customer service employees on here griping about customers getting angry because they f*** with their money,shut up or quit. Let me screw you out of a hundred bucks with some fictional made-up-on-the-fly policy and see if you don't get angry with me. You busy bodies act like it's coming out of your paycheck or something when it's really coming out of mine because you lie about policies just to block my return. Get a life or go flip burgers if you can't just do the job the right way. You won't ever have a positive impact by being some kind of store clerk vigilante.
