Being completely honest, gamestop is a GREAT Store for PHYSICALLY purchasing games and accessories. However in evolving virtual times their online accuracy and customer support is Horrid. You guys here think you waiting 5-6 days past expected delivery date is bad? I've been waiting for almost 1 entire YEAR for my order (naruto vs sasuke funko pop) it said it was in stock online and took at max 7 days for delivery. So I purchased it and was sent my conformation and all that jazz. A few days pass and I'm notified I'll be receiving my package a few days later. (No big deal it's the holidays so I understand) Again I'm notified it will arrive later than expected. It had passed 12 days at this point so I was a bit frustrated. I proceeded to contact customer support and was told "the item ordered is out of stock" By a barley English speaking individual and that I could either keep waiting or get a refund on the gift card used to purchase the item. WHO KEEPS THE GIFT CARDS??? so I told the assistant that it was lost and they told me it would take up to 3 WEEKS (21) days to receive a DIGITAL CODE for a gift card. Somehow they have managed to delete ALL the emails for my past and current orders. It's no fuss now. As the longer they stall, the better my payout will be. Keep it up gamestop I'll personally run you out of business. ;)
