PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS IF YOU WANT TO PLACE ONLINE ORDER. DO NOT DO IT!!!<br /> I am never shopping at VS again, which is a shame because I love their bras and panties and have been a customer since 7th grade. I am now 22, and have been wearing the wrong bra size for a while now so I measured myself and went online to place an order. I bought new underwear and four new bras, one of which was still mid release and was going to be shipped out a week after the rest of the order. The total came to $188, and that one bra was about $50. So this is going to sound ridiculous but this is seriously what happened to me. I know I didn't make any mistakes because I placed the order once, only entered the card info once, and immediately got an email confirming the purchase and the bank had already taken the money out of my balance as it was pending. Two days later, I got an email saying that $133 went through and that I still owed the $50something for that one bra. I called, because at this time it showed the $188 charge, the $133, and two charges for like $54.50. The rep I spoke to said it looked strange and after talking to a supervisor, they assured me that the $188 charge will drop off, and that until the bra ships, it would keep checking the card to make sure the $54.50 was on there. I really wish I had just been charged all at once. But none of the charges dropped off.<br /> AND IT GETS WORSE!!!<br /> The next day, Yet another charge but this time for all the same stuff that costed $133, was charged again, but for some reason it was suddenly $127. Another random charge of $183 came on, and then finally, 2 charges for $54.50. And I kept getting shipping confirmations with different order numbers, for all the same stuff that was in the $133 order. It makes NO SENSE! I started getting packages. And it gets weirder. The first like 10 i items were shipped not one, or two, but FOUR different times!! I finally got that other bra and that was shipped out three times. And when I thought it was over, a charge for $6 went through and a pair of underwear I already got four other times was shipped out. I guess I will be getting a FIFTH PAIR of that underwear.<br /> I am just so angry. At this point I have no idea what charges dropped off, but I do know I was charged like 4 times for one $188 order, otherwise they wouldn't have sent it. What makes me mad is that I called to fix it and they told me I had nothing to worry about. Obviously someone messed up. Just waiting for that last pair of underwear to come in so I can return all the duplicates, but I'm scared that I won't even get the money back after all of this, even though it was the company's fault. They literally took so much money from me. Almost $600 more than I planned to spend. I couldn't pay for my dog to go to the vet after this, and he has a broken tooth that is so swollen and bleeding and oozing pus. I am so done with this company. I am keeping what I did order but I am going to feel like I got robbed if they don't fix this. I am just offended that a company like this can make such devastating mistakes towards the people who KEEP THEM IN BUSINESS. All I know is, from now on I will be a loyal Fenty x Savage customer and never shop here again. I suggest you don't either, but if you do, go to a local store if you are able to during this pandemic. Otherwise, just please be so careful ordering online. <br /> Sorry this was so long. I just want to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else ever again. I don't even know what to do anymore.
