Less than 2 weeks ago I purchased a robot vacuum, I used it twice and realized the suction power to lift particles is not working. Today, less than 2weeks later my husband attempts to return it for our cash refund (I paid with my debit card) and the store manager refuses the return because it was used, of course it was used, how would we have found out if it worked. The manager insisted that only a store credit could be returned to us. I'm going back this afternoon to argue the cause.
