so, I was purchasing a Nintendo switch lite and a copy of sword+the expansion pass. I was expecting it the next day which was the option of delivery. apparently the way it was going to be shipped was through door dash?? I don't know if they even do those types of deliveries, but I brushed it off. that same day the person was going to deliver it texted me telling that I needed to cancel my order bc they weren't coming to my area. I was ticked off because first, why didn't they sent another person? and I tired to cancel it but the order was too far in the process. so they left me hanging and now I had to pick it up at ANOTHER STATE which thankfully wasn't far but pretty far from where I live. I went there the next day and the items that I was supposed to pick up at GameStop apparently couldn't give me my order bc their systems were down and I was pissed. I was done chasing after them and called customer support for them to cancel my order. this is the worst experience in delivery I've ever had and now I think I'm done purchasing from the online ever again. I really do hope they refund my stuff or I'm gonna pull a Karen and raise hell.
