BE VERY CAREFUL BETTER YET DO NOT BUY ANY ELECTRONICS FROM WAL MART STORE#04427 LOCATED AT 3221 N MONROE STREET TALLAHASSEE FL. BOUGHT BOSE BLUETOOTH WORDLESS HEAD SET PACKAGE DID NOT LOOK TO HAVE BEEN OPEN. APON OPENING THE BOX PASTIC WRAP ETC. IN THE BOX WAS ONE EAR BUD AND CHARGING BOX THATS ALL THE BOX CONTAINED.<br /> WHEN CALLED IN LESS THAN 24 HRS THE MANAGER INFORMED ME THAT THEY WOULD NOT EXCHANGE REFUND OR HELP ME IN ANY WAY. THAT IT'S WAS BOSES PROBLEM . I CALLED CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS FOR WALK MART THEY TOLD ME THE SAME THING.<br /> NOW THIS WAS LESS THAN 24 HRS ARTER PURCHASE AND HAVE RECEIPT PAID OVER $160.00.<br /> So please take a very promising word of advice if you buy any electronic item watch so far whatsoever from any Walmart store to open it and check it before you leave the store because it's within the store that this problem occurred with earbuds and Walmart doesn't even want to stand by their return policies that they list online or did they list in the store had receipt was less than 24 hours the upstanding professional company that bows is of course they are handling the problem that I am still to this day on December 22nd 2020 without a set of earbuds that was a Christmas present a special Christmas present so you can imagine in this day and time how one must feel especially when it's it was a super special gift and long-awaited but yet nobody wants to take responsibility now bows did take responsibility because they're professional item was sent out said it was delivered but it wasn't delivered so now UPS is it question and if standing company that Moses they're still willing to handle the issue but yeah at Walmart the big conglomerate of Walmart that is now China owned in case nobody knew out there that did not want to stand by the return policy whatsoever corporate headquarters pretty much told me the same thing management that we stand behind behind whatever our store says I will check it out for you or report it to the store thank you for calling us about it and happy holidays maybe I'll have a Christmas miracle what do y'all think
