I purchased vitamins that were &quot;buy one get one free&quot;. When I got to check out, the cashier charged me wrong - but I didn't realize it until she completed transaction. <br /> <br /> I NEVER LEFT THE STORE. I questioned her, and she could not correct the mistake. I complained because I literally just purchased them. She said I would have to see the manager. <br /> <br /> The manager tried to correct, but said he couldn't. Out of frustration, I asked for a refund instead. As he began to process the refund, he said that I would lose $7 if I returned my purchase. What??? <br /> <br /> After explaining to him that I JUST PURCHASED the vitamins, he said that I would be better off to keep them. I told him this was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have ever received and would never shop Walgreens ever again. <br /> <br /> Hso response, &quot;That's your choice.&quot; THIS RESPONSE...from a manager!! <br /> <br /> Buyer beware!! The return policy that Walgreens claims on this site is untrue. Check your receipts. It is actually written on the receipt that the return value (with a receipt) is less than the purchase price. <br /> <br /> SHAME ON YOU WALGREENS!!!
