Are you serious?!?!? I just read this and I didn't even open a NEW PS4 slim, was told because the seal was broken that I had to keep it despite original packaging in tact. So exchanged for a refurb pro billed at new pricing and it is in HORRIBLE shape and a joke that it was sold to anyone. They said it was a huge exception and nothing is returnable!!! BBB here I come!! And FTC
