I have a DOA(Dead on arrival) item and UK post sales team is not responding after repeated attempts to contact them. It's been over a month that I am not able to use the fault device and the post sales department was supposed to contact the warehouse to arrange for return and refund. Neither action has been completed yet.<br /> <br /> I am very disappointed with this purchase. The technical team had already given the authorisation letter to return but post sales team keeps pushing back with a good reason.
